Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of odors
- Free of stains, marks, or pet hair
- Not altered or damaged after delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability). Please contact us at helpcrew@leftofthetapers.com to start the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is
defective or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at helpcrew@leftofthetapers.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
